Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Sli-Q reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, pricing, or content at any time without prior notice. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. Sli-Q is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, heated hair tools and personal care items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and supporting images or videos. Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Use

Products must be used according to instructions provided. Sli-Q is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow care guidelines.

Privacy & POPIA Compliance

Sli-Qcomplies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our website, you consent to the lawful collection, storage, and use of your personal information for order processing, communication, and service improvement. Personal information is never sold to third parties.
